In this guide, we’ll learn how to use the Foxize Cloud LMS platform to manage your corporate training.

1. Business Agreement
The agreement and contracting with the company is done offline. Once the key points have been decided and the agreement is signed, you can proceed to track your corporate project on your Foxize Cloud platform.
B2B training projects are compatible with your training school, which can also serve as a catalogue of courses that you can offer, or instead have a separate line of courses exclusively for B2B.
2. Add the company to your database
Once the contract is closed, you can start organizing your training project.
First, you must enter the company in your database to be able to associate it with new projects. Access "Companies" within "Corporate" in "Daily Management".
Within this section, you will find the summary of data for corporate projects and the list of companies in your database.
To register a new company, click on "+ Create new company". It is only mandatory to enter the name of the company, but you can also add a description, person and contact number.
The last step to create the company is clicking the “Active” button”.
3. Create a project and link it to the company
Once the company has been entered in your database, you can create a new project in the "Projects" page within "Corporate".
In this section you will find general information about your Corporate projects and the list of the different active projects. You can edit the existing projects in the actions column, or create a new one by clicking "+ Add new project".
Next, you must enter the basic information of the project:
Type of service: Test, Incompany or Unlimited. In the next points we will talk about them.
Company associated with the project: the company you have closed the agreement with.
Start date and end date: This is a very important section because, once the end date has passed, the project will be disabled and won’t be able to be reactivated again. For that instance, a new project will have to be created instead. Don’t worry, while the project is active, the end date can be modified.
Administrators: Administrators are people in the company who can have access to control the activity. In their frontend, a section will be activated in their profile where they can see the students, the course registrations, the evaluations or a ranking of students and courses, depending on the type of project. Up to 5 administrators can be added per project.
Price: It is the price of the agreement with the client. It is symbolic data, so it does not affect the project. If you don't want to set the price, you can write “0”.
Depending on the type of service that has been chosen (Incompany, Unlimited or Test), new fields will appear to fill in.
4. Landing Page
When you create a corporate project, in the "Projects" section you will find the link to the Landing Page of that service.
On this landing page, collaborators and new users can register. The user’s information is managed automatically.
You can keep track of the people registered in the "Company" section, within the information of each of the companies.
As an alternative, you can import a CVS with the information of the users so that they do not have to register manually, as long as you have the express permission of the company.
In the "Reports" section within "Corporate", you will have access to the training and test data. You will be able to find the users who take courses / tests, their evaluations and their marks.
